The crisp clear cold night Dancing across the lake Like a ballerina On a stage.
How beautiful it feels How nice it seems The bright stars dancing With the bright and pretty moon.
Always moving, never staying, The night is over But all to soon.
The morning comes, Traffic roaring, Cars honking, If only the peace lasted through the day.
Always night,
Never light, Nice and quiet
